Write-ups on some of the projects undertaken by us ::::::::::::::: Hospital Information System Technology Domain: VB Development We have undertaken two projects - applications implemented as hospital information system projects - one for a state-of-the-art institute for neurological treatment in Kolkata, India, set up by eminent surgeons based in UK & USA and another for a gynae and obstetrics hospital run by a missionary organization. The area of coverage encompasses Outdoor patient record module; accrual of charges [with automatic accrual of bed and other regular charges according to categories]; recording of OT and other Diagnostics; monitoring of bed position with bed matrix showing bed status at any point of time; OT scheduling; billing of patients and monitoring of accrual with patient categorization; inventory; management information reports including provision of summary of daily hospital status.
Application for Library Technology Domain: VB Development An application designed and developed for Libraries. The project has been done in colaboration with Vivekananda Society for Library & Social Services - an organization for development of libraries with members from the field of library & information science to incorporate inputs from the domain, covering Acquisition; Classification & Cataloguing; Membership; Circulation; Book Search and an Archiving Module for scanning, indexing and storage of page images and texts of rare books and articles with reference service for such archives; provision for analytical information; MARC21 support and AACR2. Application for Schools Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application covering functional areas of a school right from application [with generation of application forms]; admission; maintenance of students' database; recording of results and generation of marksheet; accceptance of fees and maintenance of related accounts.
Application for Physicians Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Applications designed and developed for PHYSICIANS for maintenance of medical records as well as patient history and effective patient management, incorporating features specific to Neurologists, Gynaecologists and ENT Surgeons. Recording of patient details, maintenance of medical history, generation of prescriptions with medicine dosage and scheduling of appointments with image storage and subsequent viewing are some of the features.
Application for Hearing Aid Clinics Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application designed and developed for Hearing Aid Clinics with provision for recording and generating graphs of tympanometry and audiometry; record maintenance and tracking for hearing aid supply, delivery and repair.
Application for Drug manufacturing Unit Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application designed and developed for catering to areas from procurement of raw materials & ingredients, maintaining stock, issuing them to production against requisition, control of finished products, tracking sales of finished products with challan and invoice generation and a module for obtaining batch-cost, developed confirming GMP requirements*.
Application for Seed Processing Unit Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application designed and developed for seed processing units in the agricultural sector. The application caters to areas from procurement of seeds, maintaining godown stock, control records of germination and grading processes, issuing for multiplication, control of distribution to farmers, tracking sales etc.
Application for Guest House Technology Domain: VB Development A customized application designed and developed for guest maintenance, typically suited for a hotel or large guest house. The features include check-in of guest, tracking services provided, check-out, billing, room inventory tracking and purchase, keeping track of meals and record of telephone by integrating with EPABX system.
Application for Blood bank Technology Domain: VB Development A customized application designed and developed for blood banks covering areas like intake of blood-bags from donors and donating organizations, recording tests and test results, issue of blood to recipients and inventory control of blood bags and reagents.
Application for Ramakrishna Mission Centres Technology Domain: VB Development A customized application developed on cost-centre and sub cost-centre structure to cater to activities of Accounts, Investment, Assets, Donations, Publication, Sales of books & other articles and Payroll maintenance with PF and ESI records for centres of Ramakrishna Math and Mission. CD Title: LIFE, WORKS & RESEARCH OF SWAMI VIVEKANANDA a CD title with full text search capability, developed for the English publication division of Ramakrishna Mission, containing: the complete works of Swami Vivekananda, Swami Vivekananda in the West (New Discoveries), the life of Swami Vivekananda by his eastern and western disciples, along with selected quotes, photographs and a benedictory address by Rev. Swami Ranganathananda ji Maharaj - the 13th President of the Ramakrishna Order.
Application for Organizations engaged in Sales and Service Technology Domain: VB Development A customized application developed to record processes from quotation, procurement and sales of items as well as rendering of services and keeping track of inventories covering the entire process from procurement to sales. |
