Hospital Information System Technology Domain: VB Development We have undertaken two projects - applications implemented as hospital information system projects - one for a state-of-the-art institute for neurological treatment in Kolkata, India, set up by eminent surgeons based in UK & USA and another for a gynae and obstetrics hospital run by a missionary organization. The area of coverage encompasses Outdoor patient record module; accrual of charges [with automatic accrual of bed and other regular charges according to categories] for the Indoor Section; recording of OT and other Diagnostics; monitoring of bed position with bed matrix showing bed status at any point of time; OT scheduling; billing of patients and monitoring of accrual with patient categorization; other ancilliary services like ambulance; inventory; management information reports including a number of status reports.
Application for Pathological Laboratories Technology Domain: VB Development Software for a clinical laboratory which is easy to operate and offers a user friendly Graphical Users' Interface helping in maintaining data of patients relating to pathological tests done with options of search combinations. Reports can be generated quickly and accurately ensuring improvement of performance and efficiency of the laboratory. Record of Incentives are also calculated doctor wise and agent wise. The fee module keeps track of charges, discounts and dues. There are MIS reports to compare the costs incurred for tests with revenue earned. Application for Drug manufacturing Unit Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application designed and developed for catering to the entire process flow of a drug manufacturing facility from procurement of raw materials & ingredients, testing of raw materials, maintaining stock, issuing them to production against requisition, testing and control of finished products, tracking sales of finished products with challan and invoice generation and a module for obtaining batch-cost, developed confirming GMP requirements*.
Application for Physicians Technology Domain: VB Development Customized Applications designed and developed for PHYSICIANS for maintenance of medical records as well as patient history and effective patient management, incorporating features specific to Neurologists, Urologists, Spine and ENT Surgeons. Recording of patient details, maintenance of medical history, generation of prescriptions with medicine dosage and scheduling of appointments with image storage and subsequent viewing are some of the features incorporated.
Application for Hearing Aid Clinics Technology Domain: VB Development A customized Application designed and developed for Hearing Aid Clinics with provision for recording and generating graphs of tympanometry and audiometry; record maintenance and tracking for hearing aid supply, delivery and repair.
Application for Blood Banks Technology Domain: VB Development A customized application designed and developed for blood banks covering areas like intake of blood-bags from donors and donating organizations, recording tests and test results, issue of blood to recipients and inventory control of blood bags and reagents with provision for blood component break-up.
